Warning: in AUTOSAR proprietary features were added that typically are not support by every implementation! Examples: TLV-Extension, Discardable Flag in SD, SD Clients sending Multicast Endpoints.

Defines the basic SOME/IP functionality with limited serialization rules as payloads are statically defined.
